Being creative to your workout will only improve your game. Make sure you are taking shots at game speed, don't just stand and shoot. Make it a complete performance and cardio workout. If you don't sweat in the first 15 minutes then your doing it wrong.
You don't need a ball to work on your footwork or defense. Be smart, play smart.
